Challenge: I am Not Driving
This is a multi-faceted issue. When dealing with your RIGHT to travel there are several areas to challenge your rights, they are as follows:

- The Stop - There are very specific things to say to the cop and NOT to say to the cop, and even more important is knowing why you are saying what you are saying. For instance the moment you answer a question you have entered into a verbal contract. There are very specific questions that you will ask that you will then use in court if it gets that far. How you deal with this cop will eliminate 80-90% of tickets, GUARANTEED. The trick here is not entering into his Statutory Jurisdiction, earning his respect, claiming your rights, and enforcing your rights under due process.
- The Ticket/Arrest - If ticketed there is a process of not accepting the ticket that will stop most tickets within days after receiving it. Many times you will contact the courthouse after this step and they will 'mysteriously' have no clue to the ticket every even existing. If arrested, the police is doing so only after you have informed him that any arrest will be in violation for invoking your fundamentally protected rights. He will have to explain to the judge why he was either incompetent of your rights or why he willfully ignored them, which no law can allow him to do. This catch-22 is not a good place for any studious officer to be in.
- Pre-Trial Paperwork - In the 10-20% chance you actually get ticketed there will be some paperwork that you will need to file with the courts, i.e. your Briefs, Affidavit of Truths, Declarations, Writs, Acceptance Letters, Motions, etc.
- Arraignment - This is the first time you go to court in which the judge will ask you to plea. Again, they are trying to get you into their statutory jurisdiction in which you will be stuck! We have scripts of exactly what to say to keep your common law jurisdiction rights and control the situation. We are also motioning for dismissals here. If the judge does not dismiss then you will be demanding a trial by jury.
- Trial - If you have made it here, do not fret. Congratulations, a LARGE percentage will not make it this far because the judge and persecutor (aka prosecutor) will realize you know what you are doing, and instead of facing public humiliation they will silently dismiss the case (typically the judge will have the police officer not show up to drop the case). The script we provide will expose the dog and pony show, this will show the courts that there is no fairness, the judge is not 'qualified' to see this case, and the witness (aka police officer) is an incompetent witness and his entire testimony, including the ticket must be thrown out. Understand, there is no winning in court, the moment you were pulled over your rights were being deprived. Even though you may win the case realize you actually never win... any time spent is time lost, your goal now is to manage how much time you lose.
- Appeals - Some judges have major ego problems (remember they are just glorified lawyers in a robe wanting your worship as they expect you to stand in their mere presence, this was started because the judge would come in holding up the bible and people stood in honor of the bible, not a demi-god running a dog and pony show circus). Because of this ego they will overrule all your motions and objections and find you guilty of a regulable activity although the court and persecutor has failed to 'prove' the contrary. The appeals process allows three lawyers to look over the case while you submit a memo that line items every point of consideration where the judge made mistakes, the prosecutor made mistakes and the witness was incompetent, where the court failed to state a cause of action in which relief could be granted, lack of jurisdiction, and about 10 other issues. They will have no other option but to reverse the judge's decision.
